The review shows up under my late husband's name instead of my own - how does that even happen?

The wardrobe and chest of drawers I got are just right. But, I received the wrong color for the bedside table. Thankfully, the team helped me out through chat and arranged for a new one to be sent. The phone number listed on the contact page of the site doesn’t seem to work (not sure if it’s supposed to be there). Overall, I’m pleased with everything else, just be sure to check the furniture before the delivery guys head out! Stuff happens.

Contemporary Home Decor is truly a remarkable company. We bought a set of three green marble nesting side tables. These tables are absolutely stunning and are right on trend, plus they’re priced really well compared to other furniture sites. The matte gold legs paired with the green marble tops make them a real talking point in our living room. Just lovely!

We had multiple online conversations with Usman (Usman Majid: Sales Executive, Contemporary Home Decor Ltd). Usman really went above and beyond, even weighing the tables for us; just out of curiosity, all three together weigh 15kg. The delivery was done with extra protective packaging through DPD. Usman had mentioned this during our chat and he kept his word. Great job, Usman! The entire experience from placing the order to receiving it has been top-notch. I ordered two lamps from Modern Home Interiors. They were shipped straight from the manufacturer. One arrived damaged, and we figured out it was too big for the space we had. Usman was super helpful over the weekend in sorting out the return, and we also found another lamp from the same brand. It arrived the next day - what a fantastic product! I can't find anything to complain about with this retailer - I'd definitely buy from them again. Outstanding service all around.

Right from the beginning, this business impressed me completely. After reaching out and chatting with a guy named Usman, I paid my deposit. Usman was super polite, professional, and really easy to talk to. The delivery showed up ahead of schedule, and once more, Usman was right on top of things. To wrap it up, the delivery crew was just as great as Usman. I’m definitely gonna work with this company again.

The delivery was prompt, and I'm pleased with the quality and color of the spice rack. However, the jars I own don’t fit in the slots. The ones that do work are from Swartz and ALDI. I’ve got a mix of jars that just won’t fit, like those from Tesco and M&S. I can’t seem to find any clear jars that fit, so I guess I’ll have to stick with Swartz and Aldi from now on.

The desk I got showed up right on schedule with a solid delivery service (especially since I didn’t have to pay extra for shipping). It came flat-packed but was a breeze to assemble, and I really appreciated that it was crafted from quality wood and metal. I reached out to the customer service crew before placing my order to confirm stock and delivery choices, and they got back to me fast, answered all my queries, and were super helpful overall. I’d surely shop with them again!

I just picked up a couple of Julien Bowen units for my bedroom. I can't say enough good things about the help I got from Usman and his crew. They kept me in the loop about when my stuff would arrive, and when one of the units had a little flaw (not Modern Home Interiors' fault), Usman took care of it with the manufacturer to sort out an exchange, keeping me updated all the way. I wouldn't think twice about shopping here again. Big thanks to Usman for the awesome service!

I ordered a beautiful umbrella stand. It got here pretty quickly, but unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping. I reached out to customer support, and Usman took care of everything - he sent me the return label, and as soon as I let him know I dropped it off with DPD, they shipped out a replacement right away, which came without any problems. Really nice product, and the service was top-notch. Appreciate it!

I placed my order at the end of May for a delivery in July. When I reached out in July to check on the date, I was informed it would now be in August. If I hadn’t sent that email, would I have ever found out? Other than that, the rest of the experience was pretty great! :)
